Job Title: NA Regional Industrial Hygienist
Location: Parsippany, NJ
Hours/Schedule: M-F; 1st Shift

Responsibilities
Key areas of accountability/responsibility Supports/facilitates the timely and effective implementation of industrial hygiene standards. Supports in achieving the company targets. Provides support, leadership and expertise to the Regional SHE&S team. Defines knowledge gaps and develops competences. Leads the regional Industrial Hygiene network. Is an active member of the Industrial Hygiene Tier I network. Cooperates to the creation of global standards, processes and tools in industrial hygiene. Connects with external service providers. Support the investigation and follow up of health incidents Create, foster and maintain an environment of cross-regional collaboration, synergies seek, best practices-/knowledge sharing and learning to achieve an incident-free working environment. Monitor progresses and performance in industrial hygiene within the region  
Requirements Knowledge of and experience in own discipline In-depth knowledge of industrial hygiene legal requirement and international best practices At least ~ 5 years of practical experience in industrial hygiene in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry Managerial and social skills good communication and social skills English mother language or fluency. Excellent advisory skills Drive for performance Good knowledge of local IH/OH laws and regulations.
