Siemens Fort Worth facility is looking for an Industrial/Logistics Engineer that will focus on the design, analysis, and optimization of logistics systems and processes. This role involves applying engineering principles to improve the movement of goods, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational performance.

Analyzing and optimizing logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Designing and implementing efficient logistics solutions using simulation models and data analysis. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions. Utilizing software tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance operational efficiency. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.You’ll win us over with the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of [5-7) years of experience in logistics engineering or a related role. Proficiency in logistics software and tools (e.g., TMS, WMS, ERP systems). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.Preferred Qualifications:
