Responsibilities:

Set-up, maintenance, and operation of various industrial manufacturing machines.Inspect and load coils into machines.Perform visual checks and check weights of product to ensure that the product complies and takes appropriate measures.Assist in other areas as needed to maintain smooth can flow through the plant.Complete required paperwork and documentation such as coil log, check sheets, etc.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all production and support equipment,Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on all industrial equipment and machines.Perform periodic machinery testing and inspection to determine alignment, wear, and operating efficiency.Perform other job-related duties as required.


Working hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Skills:

Ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitudeBasic knowledge of computer systems, gauges, tools, and equipmentAbility to use or learn precision measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.Knowledge or willingness to learn pneumatics and/or hydraulics


Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:

Previous experience in industrial maintenance or mechanicsProblem-solving skills and be able to look at new solutions and think outside the box
