**Job Title: Industrial Machine Operator** **Job Description** The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will work to operate the batch plant and place concrete safely and accurately to maintain efficient and quality production. **Responsibilities** + Operate the batch plant to mix and place concrete. + Ensure safe and accurate concrete placement. + Maintain efficient and quality production processes. + Operate industrial machinery and equipment, including forklifts. + Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation. + Knowledge of construction and concrete mixing. + Proficiency in operating a concrete mixer. + Experience with forklift operation. + Familiarity with concrete form and production processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in industrial machinery operation. + Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. **Why Work Here?** We are a collection of hundreds of family businesses, regional companies, and large enterprises that together form a diversified structure.
