Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking Maintenance Technicians for our 2nd shift. The shift hours are Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Initial training will be on the 1st shift for no more than a month, with hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. This role involves mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems analysis and repair, as well as installation and relocation of equipment and machinery.

ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and repair mechanical systems.Analyze and repair electrical systems.Install and relocate equipment and machinery using safe handling practices.Analyze and repair pneumatic systems.Select and safely handle hand tools, measuring devices, power tools, machining and cutting tools, equipment, and machinery.Perform basic mathematical operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole and fractional numbers including decimals.Troubleshoot and repair all CNC and pneumatic equipment on production lines, vinyl, and glass.Troubleshoot and repair basic computer issues.Install and set up new machinery.Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.Move and set up production lines.Essential SkillsTroubleshootingElectrical systemsMechanical systemsPneumaticsRepairSchematic readingBlueprint readingKnowledge of photoeyes and switchesKnowledge of CNC equipmentBasic computer troubleshootingAdditional Skills & QualificationsAbility to upload programs onto a computerOperate sit-down forklifts2-year technical degree in mechanical engineering or electronic technology preferredKnowledge of servo drives and motorsKnowledge of software-controlled CNC machineryKnowledge of PLCsKnowledge of pneumatic controlExperience with welding and forklift operationsExperience in manufacturing maintenance and electrical maintenance
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
