What you'll do as a Maintenance Assistant:

Maintain bag line equipment, augers, legs, mixers, conditioners, and pesticide impregnating equipment/pumps.Service forklifts, front-end loaders, hand jacks, air compressors, and Cambelt unloading system.Perform electrical, plumbing, lubrication, and construction tasks as needed.Work alongside the Maintenance Supervisor and perform other related duties as assigned.

Work Experience

The preferred experience of candidate:

Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, sitting, standing, or walking throughout the shift.Exposure to airborne dust may require the use of a dust mask respirator.Must be capable of being properly fit for a respirator (no facial hair or conditions preventing an airtight fit).Required to wear all personal protective equipment (PPE) to safely perform maintenance duties.
