Temp-to-Hire position$33.00 to $45.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm)Supervising a team of electrical & mechanical maintenance mechanics in a manufacturing facility & on-site machine shopHire & train new mechanics with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic mechanicsManage department budgetsMonitor and track repairs, PM's, and analyzing dataPerform maintenance as needed in the plant including electrical, mechanical, facilities, machines, etc.Industrial Maintenance Manager Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Industrial Maintenance in a manufacturing environment is requiredBachelor's degree in Engineering preferred. An associate or vocational degree is acceptable with experience. Must be skilled in mechanics, electrical, welding, fabrication, PLC's, etc.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
