Industrial Maintenance Manager
**Hiring a Maintenance Manager in Thornton, CO** We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to supervise a team of maintenance professionals and work alongside them to perform hands-on repairs. The ideal candidate will develop and implement maintenance procedures, including preventive maintenance and repairs, and will be familiar with Lean practices. This role involves a mix of 50% management and 50% hands-on work. **Job Responsibilities:** + Supervise a maintenance team of six members + Perform hands-on repairs alongside the team related to mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and conveyors + Develop and implement maintenance procedures, including preventive maintenance and repairs + Conduct performance reviews, interviews, and manage the firing of maintenance team members + Ensure the maintenance team adheres to Lean practices **Qualifications:** + 5+ years of experience in maintenance + Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a maintenance team in an industrial setting + Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and mechanical systems + Ability to manage and work hands-on with the team + Proficient in troubleshooting, maintenance repair, and preventive maintenance + Knowledge of blueprints, schematics, PLC troubleshooting, and electrical troubleshooting + Lean Six Sigma experience is a huge plus **Why Work Here?** + This is a new role within the company, offering a great opportunity to provide leadership and expertise in industrial maintenance.
