**Job Title: Maintenance Manager** **Responsibilities** + Oversee the maintenance department and ensure smooth operations. + Develop and improve the maintenance program. + Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). + Handle automation and PLC programming, specifically Allen Bradley. + Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. **Essential Skills** + 10 years of experience managing or supervising a maintenance department. + Proficient in maintenance management, improvement planning, and problem management. + Strong process improvement and analytical skills. + Experience in department supervision and mechanic development. + Proficient in PLC control, budget management, and CMMS. + Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies. + Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAM, or other tracking systems. + Bi-Lingual (Spanish) required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Vernon, California **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00 Full benefits package 1 week vacation 1st year Yearly bonus (performance based) Completion bonus for volunteered shift change while co-worker is out on PTO - Shift diff pay while on volunteer shift change Fill in bonus Average tenure 20 years Can even grow in recession Steady work flow **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Vernon,CA. **Application Deadline** This position will be accepting applications until Jan 20, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
