**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Manager URGENT**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and improving maintenance programs, managing the team, and ensuring the smooth operation of all equipment and systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Develop and improve the maintenance program.
+ Manage and utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
+ Handle automation and PLC Programming (Allen Bradley).
+ Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
+ Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance.
+ Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
+ Work with 3-phase motors.
+ Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
+ Train and develop maintenance staff.
+ Distribute work orders efficiently.
+ Manage departmental budgeting and profit & loss.
+ Oversee electro-mechanical assembly.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 10 years of experience managing or supervising a maintenance department.
+ Trade school certification or college degree preferred.
+ Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAM, or other tracking systems.
+ Bilingual (Spanish) required.
**Work Environment**
Work is performed indoors in a manufacturing setting with regular exposure to noise and moving machines/equipment. The environment may be loud with some exposure to fumes, requiring the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The shop area is quiet to moderately noisy, while the plant area may be louder.
