**Industrial Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description** Maintenance Mechanic performs routine maintenance and repair work on machinery, equipment, systems, buildings, and facilities. - Perform mechanical preventative maintenance on all equipment according to schedule - Inspect machinery, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair to keep production running (reducing down time) - Effectively troubleshoot all mechanical equipment, corrective action, repair, replace or rebuild - Read, interpret and follow blueprints and sketches, making all measurements and calculations necessary to complete the job - Complete work orders, requisitions, inspection reports, time distribution, material usage, etc. - Perform clerical duties as necessary to maintain proper records **Skills** + Mechanical Maintenance + Mechanical Troubleshoot + Mechanical Repair **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Berlin, New Jersey. **Work Environment** Manufacturing environment Not climate controlled Can be hot or humid Surfaces can be wet, dusty, and uneven High noise levels, vibration, and/or fumes PPE - Steel Toes, Ear Protection, Eye Protection, Gloves, and Head Protection in certain areas **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
