Looking for qualified Industrial Maintenance Mechanics to perform the following job duties: + Mechanical repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial equipment (Boilers, Blast Furnaces, Cranes, forging Presses, Hydraulic Presses, Pumps, Gearboxes, Mobile Equipment, etc. + Need to be well versed with power transmission knowledge + Repair and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems + Perform MIG and STICK welding, cutting, and fabrication work + Ability to read blueprints for repairs + Use of hand and power tools for repairs + Teardown and rebuilds of equipment + Regular preventative maintenance on all machinery + Repair or replace belts, bearings, chains, shafts, sprockets, cylinders, and gearboxes + Greasing, oiling, and lubrication of parts and equipment + Direct Hire with good benefits Openings on all 3 shifts (must be available to work at least two shifts) + 1st shift: 6am-2:30pm + 2nd shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm + 3rd shift 10:00pm-6:30am + Must be available to work overtime, up to 55 hours per week, 5-7 days per week + Anything after 8 hours daily is 1.5X + Saturdays are automatically 1.5X + Sundays are automatically 2.0X + Quarterly production incentive bonuses paid out between 2%-8% **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
