This position requires working 4 days on, 4 days off, from 6 PM to 6 AM. Candidates must be open to working any day of the week as the days will rotate. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting, modifying, rebuilding, and maintaining plant equipment, with a focus on electrical/PLC, robotics, mechanical, hydraulics/pneumatics, welding, machining, and conveyor systems.
Pay ranges from $30-$40/hr, based on experience and shift. Guaranteed Overtime!
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, modify, rebuild, and maintain plant equipment.Maintain and repair heavy industrial machinery, including plant equipment, piping systems, fluid power systems, cutting, burning, and all types of welding.Troubleshoot aluminum extrusion presses and auxiliary equipment, including PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and motors.Read, follow, and understand drawings, blueprints, schematics, code requirements, service manuals, and manufacturers' specifications.Promote, support, and enforce ISO 9001 elements as they apply to the maintenance department.Contribute to safety and environmental programs to meet regulatory requirements.Perform maintenance duties in a team environment and independently with little or no supervision.Own safety processes and perform maintenance safety program audits, including Lockout/Tag out, Confined Space, Fall Protection, PPE, and mobile equipment.Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and make repairs or improvements as needed.Work with Purchasing, Maintenance, Engineering, and Physical Distribution to maintain services for the plant.Assist in maintaining an accurate electronic backlog of all Work Requests and Work Orders, in cooperation with maintenance planners.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00
