Shift:

2:00pm - 10:30pm (Afternoon)

Description:

Provide technical, mechanical, and industrial expertise to ensure customer, team member, and vendor satisfaction.Ensure facility equipment operates at maximum capacity with minimum downtime on all shifts to maintain overall efficiency and productivity.Responsible for the upkeep of refrigeration, boilers, conveyors, and processing and filling equipment in the facility.Support, train, and build competence in the areas of PLC and other electronic/mechanical functions in the facility.Achieve assigned goals in the areas of maintenance, safety, food quality, job performance, and cost control.Comply with GMP’s, SOP’s, corporate and/or plant policies, rules, and regulations.Perform PMs on all facility equipment.Operate various types of machinery, including electrical meters for troubleshooting, PIT, welding equipment, and various personal hand tools.Ensure knowledge of all equipment operation and energy sources related to safe lock out tag out.Analyze and take appropriate action on problems associated with high-speed bottling equipment.Troubleshoot electromechanical issues, including installation, diagnosis, calibration, maintenance/repair of equipment and electronic devices.Inspect and operate material handling equipment: Stretch wrap machines, forklift, VNA, reach trucks & Hand Trucks, and change batteries safely.

Qualifications/Skills:

Ability to stand for long period of time Comfortable working in a Food Manufacturing Environment Previous Industrial Maintenance Experience
