We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Supervisor with strong
electrical expertise to oversee the daily maintenance operations of our Truss
manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will lead a team of skilled technicians,
ensuring that equipment and machinery are functioning efficiently, safely, and in
compliance with all regulations. This role is crucial to minimizing downtime,
improving production efficiency, and maintaining a high standard of preventative
and corrective maintenance.

Scheduling & Coordination: Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance tasks in
collaboration with the production and operations teams to minimize disruption.
Vendor & Inventory Management: Manage relationships with vendors, order
necessary parts, and maintain an adequate inventory of supplies.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements,
cost-saving measures, and efficiency gains within the maintenance operations.

60-80K base depending on experience with $20K in bonus/incentives
