Job Description We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Supervisor with strong electrical expertise to oversee the daily maintenance operations of our Truss manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will lead a team of skilled technicians, ensuring that equipment and machinery are functioning efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulations. This role is crucial to minimizing downtime, improving production efficiency, and maintaining a high standard of preventative and corrective maintenance. f safety and adherence to company policies. Scheduling & Coordination: Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance tasks in collaboration with the production and operations teams to minimize disruption. Vendor & Inventory Management: Manage relationships with vendors, order necessary parts, and maintain an adequate inventory of supplies. Skills and Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; tech school(or military training) certification in electrical technology field, industrial maintenance, or a related field preferred. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance or as a journeyman electrician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Electrical Expertise: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including PLCs, motor controls, high-voltage systems, and control panels. Strong conduit and cable routing experience is a preferred skill. Certifications: Electrical certification (e.g., Journeyman or Master Electrician) preferred; OSHA certification and any other electrical system certifications (VFD, PLC, High Voltage safety, etc.) is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams; familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) software. Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams. Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead by example.
