What You'll Do Collaborate with production personnel and management to seek most efficient maintenance soltuions. Delegate and supervise multiple employees and contractors to accomplish maintenance needs as well as hands-on involvement when the need arises Establish strategies to efficiently and cost effectively maintain or increase production in conjunction with management and division priorities Enforces all company policies including safety and government safety regulations Communicate equipment and facility needs to the Ops Manager as needed Ability to work flexible hours and be available as needed by the business Communicate consistently changes, additions, completion dates and times, and cost and time estimates related to maintenance activities to management What You'll Need Industrial maintenance experience preferred Minimum 5 years’ management experience in an industry setting with emphasis on personnel management, scheduling and organization Preferred related facility and heavy equipment maintenance experience – with heavy emphasis and experience with fluid hydraulic and conveyance equipment Strong computer skills Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic and mechanical schematics Communicate effectively – oral and written Ability to pay close attention to detail required Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management and employees across the organization Ability to maintain material handlers, excavators, tractor trailers, and hydraulic equipment Bilingual in Spanish a plus Sets high standards for self and others Exceptional leadership and team building skills Drive continuous improvement; employee productivity, uptime improvements, lead time reductions Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Your Education
