Location: Twin Lakes, WI

Wage: $25.00 – $38.00 hourly Hours: 1st shift 7AM – 3:30 PM MON – FRI 2nd shift 3PM – 11:30 PM MON- FRI 3rd shift 11PM – 7:30 AM SUN – THURS OT available on Saturdays Responsibilities: Assists in repairing and maintaining machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing and systems of industrial establishment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
 Cleans, lubricates, inspects and tests machinery and equipment.
 Follows all plant safety Rules and NFPA 70 E standard.
 Understands 480V 3 phase operation and able to run diagnostic testing.
 Able to operate snow removal machines.
 Has a valid driver license.
 Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine.
 Removes dust, dirt, grease and waste material from machines.
 Paints machines and equipment to prevent corrosion.
 Repairs and replaces plumbing fixtures.
 Cleans work area, tools and equipment.
 Completes all required daily paper by end of shift each day.
 Performs assembly work as directed by Maintenance Supervisor.
 Dismantles defective machines and installs new parts.
 Check vacuum pumps and air compressors that are running, wipe down as needed and mark down findings on record sheet daily.
 Check ventilation system in plant for negative air flow and adjust as needed.
 Check with Production for items they need repaired for the day.
 Check and change filters on all HVAC units monthly in all buildings.
 Check machines for electrical connection repairs as needed.
 Grease and oil machines on scheduled days, grease AVT Machine #7 lower platen daily.
 Check maintenance area for Production items that second or third shift may have dropped off for repair and repair as needed.
 Perform visual check of all fork trucks in plant weekly and repair or make arrangements for repair.
 Perform preventative maintenance work orders that come up day to day.
 Perform quarterly maintenance on roof top exhaust units.
 Inspect bench grinders weekly for guard tolerance and perform test on wheels.
 Perform weekly inspections of band saws and sign off sheets.
 Perform monthly fire extinguisher check and sign off.
 Perform monthly fire pump test.
 Must obtain Forklift License,
 Able to work overtime when scheduled.
 On-call status when scheduled.
 Perform other work duties that may be outside your normal work functionsSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs light supervisory duties when acting as a back-up for the Maintenance Lead Person.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Forklift license.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple
correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and
decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
