The Industrial Maintenance Technician will keep production machinery functioning by performing preventative maintenance to ensure manufacturing schedules and targets are met. Proficiency with equipment maintenance, technical understanding, troubleshooting, dealing with uncertainty, and a safety-conscious mindset are required.

Pay: $24 to $34/hour, depending on experience plus $1.00 for 2nd shift differential
Schedule: Second Shift, Monday through Friday - 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Essential Functions and Duties: Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment, including engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and production machines Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using precision measuring and testing instruments Dismantle and remove defective parts using hand and power tools, hoists, and cranes Adjust and calibrate device components and control instruments with hand tools and basic electrical programming knowledge Fabricate repair parts using machine shop tools, welders, and grinders while maintaining equipment and supply inventory Prepare maintenance reports and maintain technical knowledge through workshops and publications, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Qualifications: Industrial Maintenance Technician Degree or Journeyman License preferred, or three plus years of relevant work experience Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment, both mechanical and electrical required; with three years of related working experience required Must be able to troubleshoot Pneumatics and Hydraulics High school diploma or equivalent with technical degree preferred Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50lbs Ability to grasp and manipulate objects, as well as reach overhead
