**Description:** + Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures by following established preventive maintenance schedules and guidelines; inspecting, cleaning, and repairing facilities, equipment, or fixtures; observing and documenting signs of wear and tear; gathering capital expense information; recommending repair needs to eliminate ongoing and future repairs; determining replacement needs; and documenting preventive maintenance activities. **Skills:** + Mechanical, preventative/corrective maintenance, tools, blueprints, troubleshooting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + This position will be a mid-level facilities technician. + Must be mechanically inclined and have experience working with a wide array of hand tools in a professional capacity. + Blue print and schematic reading a plus but not required. + Military background is highly preferred. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
