Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Apprentice Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for projects located in the Bradenton, FL area. This is a second shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $25/hour based on experience and skill level.  Job Scope:          

Assists higher-level mechanics in diagnosing equipment-operating problems and making more difficult repairs, part replacements, and adjustmentsDiagnoses equipment problems and refers complex situations to supervisor and higher-level mechanicsInstalls, adjusts, and repairs production equipment and special purpose machines, including equipment’s electrical supply lines, piping and tubing, pneumatic controls, and hydraulic systemsInstalls, adjusts, maintains, and repairs control components (i.e. photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, etc.)Inspects equipment for proper lubrication, tests performance, and performs general preventative maintenance dutiesInvolved in using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)Performs all work in accordance with established safety proceduresDemonstrate effective interpersonal communication skills Requirements Solid experience in reading and interpreting electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematicsMinimum three years’ experience in manufacturing maintenance or sheet metal fabrication equipment maintenanceValid driver’s license with class E qualification and clean driving recordMust have solid math and computation skillsMust have good vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability to perform essential job functionsAbility to lift up to 35lbs; >35 lbs. require two team members, and >65 lbs. require a lift deviceAbility to work while standing for long periods of timeAbility to climb ladders, work on lifts, stoop, and bend on a regular basis Company Details
