Job Description
12/hr shift Monday-Friday $20+ depending on experience.MUST know how to use a pendant to program machines.Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance services according to service ordersAnalyze maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, Availability)Issue reports based on information from the logbook containing machine downtimeSupport operators in TPM activitiesInstall electronic systems and components, as well as interpret electrical diagramsPerform corrective maintenance on equipmentWork in compliance with safety, health and environmental standards, identifying risk situationsPerform measurements and tests: check system voltages, check grounding and insulation of machines and equipmentEvaluate the conditions for carrying out activities safely, signaling and blocking equipment or work areas for maintenance intervention

- Repair and install electronic devices, identifying defects and failures

- Develop electronic circuit devices

- Perform corrective maintenance on robots

- Monitor the operation of the communication network systems: INTERBUS, CONTROL NET, DEVICE NET AND ETHERNET

Work Experience

- Knowledge of the operation of stamping presses and Robot Programs

- Advanced knowledge of electrical controls and electronic installations

- Interpretation of electrical drawings and diagrams

- Knowledge of PLC is desirable

- Operation of the View Panel
