**HIRING INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS** **PAY:** $30.00 - $35.00hr (based on experience/opportunity for advancement) + $4.00 differential **SHIFT:** 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 2:00PM-12:00AM **BENEFITS:** + Competitive salary + Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance + 401k with company match + Health Savings account + Paid time off + Paid holidays + Sick time + Opportunities for professional development and advancement **JOB DESCRIPTION:** + Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment to prevent production downtime + Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner + Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions. + Responsible for preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance + Respond to work orders and machinery breakdowns + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment logs. + PLC maintenance and troubleshooting. + Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. + Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment. + Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff as needed. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
