**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will work on multiple machines, including injection molding equipment, ensuring their proper maintenance and functionality. **Responsibilities** + Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery. + Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. + Conduct PLC troubleshooting and maintenance, including programming and adjustments. + Read and interpret electrical schematics to diagnose issues. + Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for machinery automation. + Execute welding tasks as needed for machinery repair and maintenance. + Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical components of industrial machines. + Work with robotics and automation systems to ensure optimal performance. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in maintenance technician tasks. + Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. + Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming. + Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. + Knowledge of automation systems and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). + Experience with welding and mechanical troubleshooting. + Familiarity with robotics and injection molding equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with plastics injection molding. + Knowledge of ladder logic and 3-phase electrical systems. + Certification in industrial maintenance or related fields is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where your skills and expertise will be valued.
