**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within our organization; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. The Industrial Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot and repair machinery and industrial equipment, direct the work of assigned helpers, and work from prints, drawings, sketches, written and/or verbal instructions to perform duties. This role also involves receiving and completing work orders, notifying leadership when repairs require, installing equipment, running wires, establishing distribution boxes, and leveling equipment after assembling. Additionally, the technician will perform facility maintenance tasks, preventive maintenance on various industrial equipment, and use a variety of tools and test equipment to perform troubleshooting and daily work tasks.
**Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot and repair machinery and industrial equipment.
+ Direct the work of assigned helpers.
+ Work from prints, drawings, sketches, written and/or verbal instructions to perform duties.
+ Receive and complete work orders.
+ Notify leadership when repairs require.
+ Install equipment, run wires, establish distribution boxes, level equipment after assembling.
+ Become familiar with equipment installed under contractual services.
+ Perform facility maintenance tasks including plumbing and wiring.
+ Perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment such as presses, punches, CNC machinery, forklifts, yard trucks, and other equipment as needed.
+ Use a variety of tools and test equipment for troubleshooting/repair and daily work.
+ Work with various material handling devices to transport materials to and from work locations.
**Essential Skills**
+ Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
+ Experience in maintenance technician roles.
+ Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
+ Experience in repair and preventive maintenance.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ PLC troubleshooting skills.
+ Knowledge of 3-phase motors.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Knowledge and experience with AC & DC motors.
+ Troubleshoot Logic Controller knowledge and experience preferred.
+ Formal electrical safety knowledge and experience.
+ Experience operating forklifts, mobile cranes, and other mobile equipment.
+ Experience performing preventative and corrective maintenance.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is an outdoor, hot, and dirty industrial environment. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as steel-toed boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and reflective vests are required. No certifications or medical requirements are needed.

This is a Permanent position based out of Frostproof, Florida.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $70000.00
