The ideal candidate will sustain and improve the preventative maintenance program for all HVAC equipment, troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical HVAC systems, and ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
