Job Description
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical machine issues by identifying, reporting, and performing emergency repairs. Execute work orders and other repairs, such as cleaning and lubricating machines. Communicate any performance issues and repairs that could affect production, safety, or quality to the Group Lead or Production Supervisor. Execute changeover duties efficiently, including mandrel changes, flame set-up, feeder re-stacker, change conveyors, change counter, fine-tune flame re-stacker, change or set-up feed screws, sanitize machines, and sign-off. Record production issues on the shift reports and update the schedule board with equipment issues. Maintain and clean color heads to ensure they run efficiently and smoothly.

Work Environment
Work is performed in a production environment with moderate noise levels. The role requires heavy lifting and prolonged standing. Activities include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, gripping, grasping, and repetitive arm, wrist, and shoulder movements.
