Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Plant City, FL

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Plant City, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and disassembling CNC machines, performing routine maintenance, inspecting and testing damaged machine parts, lubricating machinery, reading blueprints, troubleshooting issues, and working with pneumatics.

Pay Rate: $28-$30 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

CNC Machine Maintenance: Build, disassemble, and perform maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.Inspection and Testing: Inspect and test damaged machine parts to determine necessary repairs or replacements.Lubrication: Lubricate machines and equipment to minimize wear and tear and ensure smooth operation.Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to understand machinery layout and specifications.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.Pneumatics: Utilize pneumatic tools and systems for maintenance and repair tasks.Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure machinery and equipment are in good working condition.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
