Job Description
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on food processing equipment. The role includes both mechanical and electrical repairs, breakdowns for cleaning, and machinery startups. Strong electrical troubleshooting skills are essential.
ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance on food processing equipment.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.Break down machinery for cleaning and startup.Work on electrical systems ranging from 24V to 480V.Handle mechanical systems including pneumatics, power transmission, pulleys, chains, sprockets, drives, motors, conveyors, belts, bearings, and gears.Use basic PLC knowledge for system diagnostics.Work 10-12 hour days, 6-7 days a week.Essential SkillsMinimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance role.Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, particularly with control voltage systems (24V up to 480V).Experience with mechanical systems including pneumatics and power transmission.Ability to diagnose and repair electrical issues using appropriate tools.Basic knowledge of PLC systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Technical certification or associate degree in a relevant field is a plus.Experience in food manufacturing and familiarity with GMP practices.Welding and fabricating skills.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
