Job Description
We are seeking skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians for direct placement openings with a large national company. The role requires working overnight rotating shifts, comprising 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next. This is an opportunity for dedicated individuals to join a dynamic team and perform essential maintenance activities.
ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems including filler machines, spiral conveyors, and electrical centrifugal pumps.Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery such as palletizers, sealer, and loader machines.Conduct electrical troubleshooting, including work with 3-phase and AC power systems.Handle maintenance tasks involving hydraulics, welding, and industrial repairs.Service and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.Enter maintenance tickets into CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and perform basic tasks using Microsoft Office.Essential SkillsExperience with mechanical systems, including filler machines, spiral conveyors, and electrical centrifugal pumps.Strong troubleshooting skills in both electrical and mechanical domains.Proficiency in preventive maintenance and industrial maintenance.Knowledge of welding and repair techniques.Experience with hydraulics and electrical troubleshooting, including 3-phase and AC power systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with CMMS maintenance ticket entry.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $70523.00
•\tUp to 40 hours of additional sick team earned throughout the year- they earn 1 hour for every 40 hours worked. Standard vacation too. Additional holiday per the recently negotiated union contract- Juneteenth. After 1 year of work they get an additional- 5 sick, 3 personal, vacation and 8 holidays.
•\tNo PFD profit sharing with this bc it’s a union role, but they do earn a pension of $400/week! They can put money in a 401k but there isn’t a match bc of the union.
•\tShoe vouchers increased to $225 annually
•\tEye glass voucher annually
