Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This is a third-shift position offering a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $68,000 annually. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in electrical, mechanical, and industrial maintenance, with specific expertise in troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, preventative maintenance, and PLC troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including working with 480-volt systems and using multimeters to diagnose issues.Conduct mechanical repairs and maintenance on machinery, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Utilize PLC troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair control system issues.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and production staff to ensure efficient operation of equipment.Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including experience with 480-volt systems and multimeters.Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Experience with PLC troubleshooting and repair.Ability to perform preventative maintenance tasks and keep detailed maintenance records.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work third shift hours.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance is preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $68640.00
