**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repairs and maintenance of all industrial equipment in the facility. This includes working on conveyor lines for green beans and bell peppers. The technician will assist the maintenance manager with the installation of preventative maintenance (PMs) throughout the facility. They will be responsible for ensuring production machinery, specifically conveyor systems, run with minimal downtime. This role requires strong electrical experience, as the duties are 80% electrical and 20% mechanical. **Responsibilities** + Perform repairs and maintenance on all industrial equipment in the facility. + Work on conveyor lines for green beans and bell peppers. + Assist the maintenance manager with the installation of preventative maintenance (PMs). + Ensure production machinery, particularly conveyor systems, run with minimal downtime. + Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems with minimal supervision. + Perform electrical work up to 480v and fix 3 phase motors. **Essential Skills** + Electrical troubleshooting + Repairing conveyor systems + Electrical work up to 480v + Experience with 3 phase motors **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Machine repair experience + Hydraulic experience + Pneumatic experience + Fabrication skills **Why Work Here?** Invest in the maintenance team with a recent $90,000 upgrade to the maintenance department, including warmers. Company uniforms are provided after the first month. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Benton Harbor, Michigan. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $62400.00/yr. Pero has a really nice single benefits package.
