**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Perform equipment preventive maintenance tasks, and major equipment repairs and adjustments. Maintain the Equipment Manuals Library. Perform daily maintenance checks and maintain associated systems. Respond to equipment-related emergency calls outside of assigned working hours. Recognize OSHA issues such as pinch points, improperly placed or absent safety guards, blocked exits, horns, and lights. Troubleshoot and resolve problems affecting the operation of equipment. Test and ensure equipment is properly functioning after repairs. Ensure maintenance tools are clean, secured, and in good working condition; ensure repair and replacements are completed as needed. **Responsibilities** + Perform equipment preventive maintenance tasks and major equipment repairs and adjustments. + Maintain the Equipment Manuals Library. + Perform daily maintenance checks and maintain associated systems. + Respond to equipment-related emergency calls outside of assigned working hours. + Recognize OSHA issues such as pinch points, improperly placed or absent safety guards, blocked exits, horns, and lights. + Troubleshoot and resolve problems affecting the operation of equipment. + Test and ensure equipment is properly functioning after repairs. + Ensure maintenance tools are clean, secured, and in good working condition; ensure repair and replacements are completed as needed. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical, Electrical, Troubleshooting, and Pneumatics skills. + Experience with electrical schematics, PLC troubleshooting, predictive maintenance (PdM), and preventative maintenance (PM). + Knowledge of lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures. + Advanced blueprint reading. + Experience with compressors and pneumatic systems. + Skills in reverse & laser alignments. + Troubleshooting & repair of pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, and pneumatic equipment. + Ability to pass industrial mechanical written and practical tests. + Experience with 480v systems, furnace, screw conveyor, and hammer mill. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience with Hammer Mill Maintenance. + Previous experience with Screw Conveyor maintenance. + Experience in any chemical plant or utilizing acid/lead, etc. + Maintenance experience on kettles. **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive pay and consistent overtime opportunities.
