Job Description
Candidates will diagnose trouble, plan, and perform all mechanical operations necessary to modify, dismantle, repair, overhaul, and rebuild all types of machinery and equipment. This includes performing preventative maintenance on all machinery, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment, and completing preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance throughout the facility.

Work Environment
The role is onsite at Bertch Cabinets, with one candidate needed on 1st shift, two on 2nd shift, and one on 3rd shift. The shift details are as follows: 1st shift is Monday-Thursday, 6am - 4pm, with overtime on Fridays starting at 6am until all work is completed. 2nd shift is either Sunday-Wednesday, 1pm - 11pm, or Wednesday-Saturday, 1pm - 11pm. 3rd shift is Monday-Thursday, 10pm - 6:30am. All candidates will train on 1st shift for 30-60 days. The environment requires coping with Iowa climates, enduring heat and cold conditions in the building, and managing fast-paced workloads with loud noise levels.

The pay range for this position is $47000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
