Responsibilities This position is based at thePCA Box Plant in New Oxford, PAand involves a variety of maintenance tasks, including: + Diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, and replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment. + Performing preventive maintenance activities and responding to breakdown calls in a fast-paced production environment. + Collaborating with a team to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency. + Developing multi-craft skills through company-provided training. Basic Qualifications + 2+ years of experiencetroubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery. + Atechnical degreein mechanical or electrical trades is a plus. + Authorization to work in the U.S. + Experience in thecorrugated packaging or printing industryis a plus.
