**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in mechanics, electrics, and welding cell operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of European electrical schematics, continuous improvement methods, and experience working with pneumatics, cylinders, clamps, robotic welding, Fanuc robots, tube lasers, and tube benders. This role involves performing preventive maintenance (PMs), troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment to meet production goals. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventive maintenance and projects to keep equipment running efficiently. + Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure overall production goals are met. + Use a tablet to manage PM schedules, including replacing pneumatics, sensors, motors, and gears. + React to equipment downtime and resolve issues promptly (30%+ of the time). + Work with CO2 tube lasers, tube benders, and weld cells. + Interpret European electrical prints and schematics, and work with 24DC electrical circuits up to 480V. + Conduct electrical troubleshooting on machinery and equipment. **Why Work Here?** Our company is an ESOP, offering ownership and stock options to employees. The Wayland plant, smaller in size, specializes in tube laser cutting, bending, and weld cells. This position is for the 2nd shift, working from 2pm-12am Monday to Thursday, with additional hours on Friday and Saturday every other weekend. Training will be provided on the 1st shift or split shift for 1-2 weeks upon hire. A shift premium of $1.50/hr is offered. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
