The Role: Maintenance Specialist

As our Maintenance Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert ensuring our machines and company vehicles operate at peak performance. Your day-to-day will involve:

Precision in Action: Perform assigned maintenance duties with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every task is executed flawlessly. Diagnostic Dynamo: Showcase your expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, keeping our operations running smoothly. Safety Sentinel: Follow the safety program diligently to ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues. We want you to go home from work the exact same way you showed up! Machinery Maestro: Bring your experience with industrial machinery—including motors, servos, pumps, drives, and relays—to maintain and repair our state-of-the-art equipment. Preventative Pro: Adhere to manufacturer-recommended preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring our fabrication facility's equipment remains in top condition. Organizational Guru: Efficiently organize and track tools and maintenance supplies, promptly fulfilling requests from fellow team members. Record Keeper Extraordinaire: Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and swiftly report any issues to the Production Manager and Facilities & Maintenance Manager. Facility Fanatic: Ensure our equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards, supporting productive manufacturing and upholding our company's esteemed reputation. Road Warrior: Occasionally drive company vehicles to service centers for repairs, ensuring our fleet remains in optimal condition. Policy Proponent: Diligently follow all company policies and procedures, embodying Companies Core Values in every task you perform. Versatile Virtuoso: Take on additional duties as requested by management to support the company’s vision and mission.

What We're Looking For:

Educational Foundation: High school diploma or GED. Licensed Driver: Valid Driver's License. Experienced Professional: At least 3 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician/Specialist, with proficiency in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
