**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves performing maintenance on aerosol equipment and lines, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, with experience in mechanical and electrical systems. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance on aerosol equipment and lines. + Rebuild machines and perform preventative maintenance. + Conduct electrical troubleshooting, including wiring motors and relays. + Work with electrical systems up to 480 volts. + Maintain a safe and clean work area at all times. **Essential Skills** + At least 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience. + Mechanical maintenance skills. + Basic industrial electrical experience, including working with systems up to 480 volts. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with single and three-phase motors. + Possession of basic hand tools and a toolbox. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in the beverage filling industry. + Experience working on equipment with multiple stages. + Skills in identifying issues with motors, relays, fuses, and performing preventive maintenance. + Experience with PLC troubleshooting, welding, and PLC control. + High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s degree or higher is a plus. + Effective verbal and written English communication skills. + Ability to work overtime and night shifts as required. + Familiarity with manufacturing chemical plant operations. + Experience with packing machines, production machines, spray coating machines, bottling machines, and other related equipment. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive work environment with no weekend shifts, comprehensive benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, and provided work uniforms.
