Their duties include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and repairing or replacing defective components to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations. They conduct inspections to identify potential problems, adhere to safety regulations, and maintain accurate maintenance records. Additionally, they work with various tools and diagnostic equipment to assess system performance and collaborate with engineers and production staff to implement improvements. Preventative maintenance is a key aspect of their role, helping to extend equipment lifespan and enhance efficiency. The base salary range for this position is $41,600-$45,760 excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
