**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** You will be responsible for performing all mechanical and electrical repairs, preventative maintenance, and installations onsite at a manufacturing plant. You will be responsible for performing reactive and preventative maintenance on heavy industrial equipment - automated machinery, conveyors, heavy equipment, pneumatics/hydraulics, motors - all electrical as well as mechanically. Additional tasks include wiring up control panels and machinery, as well as potentially performing minor welding and fabricating. This is a direct hire opportunity that provides weekly bonuses based on production goals. **Essential Skills** + Electrical troubleshooting + Experience with industrial electrical maintenance + Knowledge of 480V systems + Experience with VFDs and PLC troubleshooting + Mechanical repair and maintenance + Ability to read and understand schematics + Proficiency in automation and installation tasks **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with 3-phase motors, VFDs, PLCs, motors, gearboxes, and bearings + Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics + Experience with conveyors, motors, and heavy equipment such as forklifts, trucks, hoists, and cranes **Work Environment** The role is within a non climate controlled manufacturing plant - half is outdoors. 50-60 hours a week **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $640000.00/yr.
