Job Description

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will ensure safe and efficient production by maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, optimizing processes, and collaborating with teams to meet quality and output goals.

Principal responsibilities of the Industrial Maintenance Technician
 

Adhere to all plant safety and environmental policiesMaintain a clean and organized workspaceMonitor operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality productionTroubleshoot and diagnose equipment issuesImplement corrective actions to improve quality and equipment performanceRepair or replace defective machine components, including solenoids, valves, and cylindersPerform line and machine changeovers efficientlyOptimize processes to minimize setup timeMeet production targets to support customer demandsComplete required technical training for continuous growth and developmentWork collaboratively with Operators, Maintenance Technicians, Production Supervisors, Engineers, and LeadershipFlexibility to work overtime as needed, including weekends

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
 

High school diploma or GED requiredStrong technical aptitude with basic knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, print reading, and mechanical systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaborationStrong technical background with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to technician duties in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environmentHighly motivated, self-driven, and committed to continuous improvement2+ years of manufacturing experienceProven ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment, with hands-on experience in machine maintenance
