Key Responsibilities:
Preventative Maintenance:Performing routine inspections, lubrication, and cleaning of equipment to prevent breakdowns. Repair and Troubleshooting:Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues with machinery and equipment. Installation:Installing new equipment and components according to blueprints and specifications. Record Keeping:Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts used. Safety Compliance:Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures, and ensuring a safe working environment. Equipment Operation:Operating machinery and equipment to identify potential problems and ensure proper functioning. Problem Solving:Analyzing problems, identifying causes, and implementing solutions to ensure equipment uptime and productivity. Communication:Communicating effectively with other team members, supervisors, and production personnel about maintenance needs and issues.Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, along with the ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Troubleshooting:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues. Safety Knowledge:Thorough understanding of safety regulations and procedures for working with industrial machinery and equipment. Tool Proficiency:Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools, including wrenches, drills, and welding equipment. Communication Skills:Ability to communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other personnel.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
