Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of plant equipment to identify defects, misalignments, and wear. Assist in the installation and repair of conduit, as well as splicing and insulating wires and cables. Analyze various circuits and wiring diagrams to design, test, service, and install electronic devices and control systems. Perform dismantling, cleaning, repairing, and replacement of mechanical and electrical equipment. Aid in the construction and repair of jigs, fixtures, tools, and dies to minimize production interruption. Adjust new equipment to ensure proper operating characteristics.Qualifications:
Proficiency in operating a variety of tools and equipment, including drill presses, power saws, welding equipment, hydraulic presses, and more. Strong troubleshooting skills for technical devices and processes. Experience operating mobile and hoisting equipment. Minimum 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience. Relevant certifications in regulated trades such as welding, hydraulics, etc. Valid forklift license. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.Join the team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician!
