Jobs duties include but are not limited to: + Preventative Maintenance + Mechanical troubleshooting and repair + Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair + AC and DC electrical testing + Schematic and ladder diagram reading + Welding and metal fabrication + Servicing conveyor systems Skills/Requirements + Must be at least eighteen years of age or older + Successfully pass pre-employment drug test as part of Menards Drug Free Workplace Policy + Experience or schooling in the following areas are preferred but not required: Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanical and Electronic servicing or any related mechanical field.
