Essential Responsibilities
As the Industrial Mechanical Technician, you will:Identify and evaluate the condition of equipment and determine strategy to repair and rebuildOwn preventative maintenance and extensive repairs; diagnose problems, plan and complete work required, identify and order partsMaintain and modify machine tools, conveyors, process equipment, facilities including spindles, pumps, motors, guarding, drives, bearings, lead screws including lubrication fluids and coolantApply knowledge of components, devices and equipment used in industrial equipment applications and the related mechanics including various machine tools, measurement devices, lathesRequirements
Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Discipline OR High School Diploma/GED with a Military Machinist Training CourseELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Ability and willingness to work off shifts and weekendsAbility and willingness to work 2nd shift (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM) or 3rd shift (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM)Desired Characteristics:
Minimum 3 years work experience in Manufacturing Facility in a technical maintenance roleStrong mechanical and hydraulic fundamental and safety knowledge (schematics, precision measurement tools, LOTO)The base pay range for this position is $31.33 to $35.96 per hour with a $5.28 per hour transition adder. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for contractually negotiated general wage increases and COLA increases. This position is also eligible for a Night Shift Bonus of $1.00/hour.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
