**Industrial Painter** **Company Description:** We are a Defense/Aerospace parts manufacturing and processing facility. Our specialties include the production of sheet metal and machined parts, value-added kits for our customers, and assemblies. We are accredited by Nadcap for Chemical Processing, Aluminum Heat Treating, Prime and Topcoat Painting, and Resistance and Fusion Welding. **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled painter to join our manufacturing facility’s paint department. The successful candidate will be responsible for painting non-critical aerospace parts for various customers, working in a paint booth utilizing an HVLP paint gun. **Location:** Fort Worth Tx, 76140 **Job Duties:** · Knowledge of specific paint types and paint processes · Ability to adjust paint guns and mix paint correctly · Experience with top coat application · Proficiency in viscosity measurements · Utilize HVLP paint gun · Mix paint according to job specifications · Ensure quality and precision · Paint small components used for sub-assemblies **Shift and Pay:** · 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM · Schedule: Monday-Thursday (Friday OT as needed, usually 6 AM - 12 PM) · Pay: $20-$25/hr (Depending on experience) · Must be willing to work overtime when required **Position Requirements:** · HVLP gun experience · Extensive knowledge in paint types and mixing processes **Performance Expectations:** · Fast-paced, proactive, and able to learn quickly. · Ability to maintain high quality **Company Benefits:** · Full benefits- 401K match, dental, medical, vision · Climate Controlled · Opportunity for over time · Direct Placement **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
