**Job Title: Industrial Painter**
**Job Description**
Candidate will be responsible for setting up paint mix and racking parts to prep for painting.
**Responsibilities**
+ Helping mask and prep parts for painting
+ Properly apply liquid paint to evenly cover products
+ Check parts for thickness of paint; needs to be between 1-2 mm
+ Assist in other areas when the paint line is not busy
+ Wear proper PPE (respirator/face mask) while painting
+ Understand how to use a computer to schedule and complete jobs
**Essential Skills**
+ 3-5 years of industrial painting experience
+ Experience with paint prep
+ Skilled in using a spray gun and paint booth
+ Experience with liquid paint
+ Proficiency with blasting and sandblasting techniques
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Cerakote experience is highly preferred
+ Ability to work with computers
+ ITAR compliance

**Work Environment**
Casual dress code - T-shirt, long pants, and closed-toed shoes. The work area is small, clean, and climate controlled with some of the nicer paint booths available. First shift hours are 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00
