**Job Title: Industrial Painter** **Job Description** Candidate will be responsible for setting up paint mix and racking parts to prep for painting. **Responsibilities** + Helping mask and prep parts for painting + Properly apply liquid paint to evenly cover products + Check parts for thickness of paint; needs to be between 1-2 mm + Assist in other areas when the paint line is not busy + Wear proper PPE (respirator/face mask) while painting + Understand how to use a computer to schedule and complete jobs **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of industrial painting experience + Experience with paint prep + Skilled in using a spray gun and paint booth + Experience with liquid paint + Proficiency with blasting and sandblasting techniques **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Cerakote experience is highly preferred + Ability to work with computers + ITAR compliance **Why Work Here?** Advancement opportunities to move into other positions or lead roles.
