**Job Title:** Industrial Painter **Location:** Cordova, AL **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team in Cordova, AL. The ideal candidate will have experience in prepping and painting steel beams and bridge components. This role involves sandblasting and preparing steel surfaces for painting, followed by the application of various paint finishes. **Key Responsibilities:** + Prepping steel beams and bridge components for painting, including blasting and sanding. + Mixing and applying paints, coatings, and finishes. + Using spray guns for precise and efficient painting application. + Performing powder coating and liquid-based painting tasks. + Ensuring a smooth and clean surface to maximize paint adherence and durability. **Required Skills:** + Industrial painting, including prep work and finishing. + Proficiency with spray guns and other painting equipment. + Experience with blasting, sanding, and metal preparation. + Mixing paint and coatings according to project requirements. + Knowledge of powder coating processes and liquid-based painting techniques. **Qualifications:** + 1-4 years of experience sanding and blasting metals or parts. + 1-4 years of experience in industrial painting, particularly in fabrication projects. + 1-4 years of experience performing both powder coating and liquid-based painting. + Ability to work efficiently and safely in an industrial setting. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
