**Job Title: Industrial Painter**
Looking for skilled industrial painters with prior experience with large manufacturing parts such as trucks, equipment, and infrastructure
**Responsibilities**
+ We utilize a temperature-controlled, downdraft paint booth and a mixture of gravity guns and pressure pots to apply a liquid polyurethane paint.
+ Use metal glaze/body filler, and tools such as DA (dual action) to create a flat, smooth surface when applying paint.
+ Adhere to the company’s standard paint mix ratio to mix liquid polyurethane paint with the appropriate amount of hardener/activator for curing of the paint.
+ Visually perform quality checks for paint coverage, runs, contamination, or any defect in the painted parts’ appearance.
+ Knowledgeable in regards to taping/masking for prep.
+ Clean, debur, and sand parts to an appropriate level of finish in preparation for painting.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of industrial paint experience.
+ Comfortable with exposure to chemicals and paint fumes.
+ Masking and prep experience.
+ Experience with a paint spray gun.
+ Experience with sandblasting.
+ Experience with industrial painting, powder coating, prepping, and spray painting.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with wet paint.
+ Ability to clean, debur, and sand parts.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
