**Job Title: Industrial Painter** **Responsibilities** + Prepare surfaces of parts and equipment for paint application. + Apply primers and other coatings where needed according to blueprints. + Clean and maintain work areas. + Assemble and disassemble paint equipment for cleaning. + Prepare areas for coating using brush or spray operations. + Handle lifting requirements of up to 50 lbs, with mechanical assistance for heavier weights. + Perform frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and climbing of ladders. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of industrial paint experience, including coating, masking, and prep work. + Experience with spray guns (ideally not airless). + HS Diploma or GED. + Knowledge of blueprint reading and paint booth operations. + Experience in sanding, sandblasting, and using spray guns. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work with paint prep, paint sprayer, and industrial paint. + Understanding of the blast profile for proper coating adhesion. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $31200.00 - $39520.00/yr.
